Wholesale Lockbox

The Wholesale Lockbox service, (available through HSBCnet), allows you to outsource the processing of cheque receipts. It is ideally suited to businesses that have a large volume of cheques collected through the mail.

Cheques and associated advices are received at a designated post office locked bag and then delivered to the bank for processing.

This service has a wide range of benefits including:

Accelerated Processing Times
Cheques collected are processed by the lockbox centre and deposited into your bank account on the same day. You are no longer required to hold up your cheques for data input.

Intra Day reporting
During the day you can view colour images of cheque and invoice items processed, search for specific items or customers and generate reports via HSBCnet.

Integration with the Receivables Management System
This function allows you to reconcile your Wholesale Lockbox transactions against your outstanding invoices.
